We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests:

• No Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the cruise date will receive a full refund. No cancellation fees will be applied.
• Partial Cancellation Charges – 40%: Cancellations made between 1 to 3 days prior to the cruise date will incur a 40% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
• No Refund – 100% Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cruise (or same-day cancellations) will result in a 100% charge, and no refund will be issued.

Note: All cancellation requests must be made via email or through our official contact channels. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
