All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of successful payment. Prices may vary based on the cruise type, date, and seasonal demand. Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

📩 Confirmation Policy

Once booked, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to the address provided. If the preferred slot is unavailable, we will offer alternative timings. You may cancel before final confirmation for a full refund.

Refunds are processed as per our cancellation policy. Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are initiated within 3 business days and may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
