📧 Booking Confirmation & Voucher

Once your booking is successfully placed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email ID within 24 hours.

This voucher acts as your entry pass and includes all essential cruise details such as date, time, boarding point, and inclusions.

⏱ In Case of Unavailable Time Slots

If your selected time slot is not available, we will reach out to you with alternate timing options based on your convenience.

A revised confirmation voucher will be emailed once the new schedule is accepted.

🚫 Cancellation Before Final Confirmation

Don’t want to proceed with the alternative timing?

No worries — you may cancel the booking before the final confirmation is issued. A full refund will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
